Exchange and return policy
Return and exchange services:
- The institution provides return and exchange services within (4) days, and the amount is returned via transfer to the customer’s bank account. This takes from one to two weeks depending on the type of the customer’s bank.

If the customer wishes to return within 4 days of the purchase and before receipt, please contact customer service at (0536080444).

The goods that are installed for the customer are not entitled to be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

The company is not responsible for any damage or loss to the contents of the goods after receipt by the customer, with the exception of manufacturing defects, which are determined by the company’s technical team alone.
