Delivery and installation services:

• Delivery is made after paying the full amount in advance.
• In order to help the customer make the right decision in choosing the appropriate size of goods, we suggest that he verify the dimensions of the places, elevator capacity, door openings, and stair width before ordering to avoid any problems at the time of delivery.
• Free delivery services within the city of Riyadh. Delivery times are determined according to the capacity of the work teams’ schedules. The customer can also postpone the installation date by contacting customer service 24 hours before the previously scheduled time.
• If the customer wishes to leave the goods uninstalled, the organization is not obligated to perform the installation after the delivery and installation team leaves the customer’s site.
• After paying the value of the goods, the customer can leave the purchased goods in the organization’s warehouses for a maximum period of (45) days, after which the storage cost will be calculated for a maximum period of one month at the rate of (25 riyals) for each additional day. After exceeding this period, the invoice is considered void and the organization has the right to dispose of the goods and sell them. To another customer, with a deduction of 25% of the invoice value, due to the organization’s loss of the opportunity to sell it during that period and to cover the cost of storage.
• Sales are made through shopping through the website, and there are two ways to deliver the goods to the customer, either through delivery to his home or the delivery location specified by the customer.
• The organization provides its customers with goods of appropriate quality and appearance and is keen on the safety of handling and storage methods to ensure that there are no defects in the goods. The organization is interested in monitoring the goods during manufacturing through a team specialized in quality and manufacturing. It also ensures the safety of packaging, shipping and unloading until they reach the warehouse shelves, after this effort. The customer's role begins by ensuring receipt of his purchased goods and ensuring their safety, whether when they are delivered to his location or when he receives them directly from the showroom (the last piece), by signing the receipt document.
